Texans Strategy and Personnel

The Texans are finishing up contract negotiations with their rookies and preparing to head into camp with just a few more cuts to make.

The Texans also head into another season where holdouts do not seem to be a concern from any of their players.

The Texans still must make a decision in the coming days on the future of Charles Spencer, who has spent most of the past two seasons rehabbing a serious knee injury. The Texans are deciding whether or not they will proceed into camp with or without Spencer on their 80-man roster.
