Texans Not Affected by CBA

The Texans are one of the teams that will benefit from not having a new collective bargaining agreement.

With no salary cap and free agency increasing from four to six years, the Texans will be able to tender middle linebacker DeMeco Ryans, tight end Owen Daniels and strong safety Bernard Pollard -- all of whom would be unrestricted March 5 if the league negotiated a new CBA.
